Adam Šachl

Adam holds the position of Development Director and is a member of Realactiva's senior executive team. Since 2021, he has been managing acquisitions and the development of the entire project portfolio in the Czech Republic and abroad, working alongside an excellent team of professionals.

Prior to joining Realactiva, he spent 12 years at Trigema, where, as a member of the board of directors, he was involved in a number of major development projects across the country. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and completed a portion of his studies at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.

Matěj Čížek

Matěj is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company's senior executive team. He is responsible for financial management in the areas of financial planning, reporting, financing, and taxation.

He has been active in the real estate sector since 2015. Prior to joining Realactiva, he worked at the audit firm BDO and subsequently served as CFO and a member of statutory bodies within the Trigema Group and the SATPO Group.

Lukáš Langenberger

Lukáš is the Head of Project Management. He is responsible for ensuring the preparation and execution of residential, hotel, and private development projects.

He started his professional career during his studies as a project designer, and over the years, he progressed from a junior project manager role to his current position.
