Adam oversees development strategy and project portfolio growth in the Czech Republic and abroad. Since joining Realactiva in 2021, he has led acquisitions and project expansion in cooperation with a highly skilled team of professionals.
Before Realactiva, he spent 12 years at Trigema, where he contributed to major development projects across the country and served as a board member.
He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and studied at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
