Professionals Behind Our Projects
REALACTIVA draws on the experience of a team with a rich professional background, having delivered 20 residential projects with nearly 1,900 apartments, along with many others—from offices and research centers to hotel complexes, restaurants, and historic sites. Our strength lies in a team that believes in itself, stands together, and knows how to turn ideas into reality.
Leadership
Adam Šachl
Adam serves as Development Director and is a member of REALACTIVA’s senior management team. Since 2021, he has been responsible for acquisitions and the development of the entire project portfolio in the Czech Republic and abroad, working closely with his excellent team of professionals.
Before joining REALACTIVA, he spent 12 years at Trigema, where he contributed to numerous major development projects across the Czech Republic and served as a board member.
He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, including studies at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
Matěj Čížek
Matěj is the Chief Financial Officer and also a member of the company’s senior management team. He is responsible for financial management, including financial planning, reporting, financing, and taxation.
He has been active in the real estate sector since 2015. Before REALACTIVA, he worked at the auditing firm BDO and later held the position of CFO and statutory body member at Trigema Group and SATPO Group.
Project Management
Lukáš Langenberger
Lukáš works at REALACTIVA as a Project Manager. He is currently responsible for the preparation and execution of mainly residential, hotel, and private development projects.
He began his professional career during his studies as a designer, gradually progressing from junior project manager through the acquisitions department to his current role as an enthusiastic and highly experienced project manager.
Michal Březnický
Michal is responsible for the preparation and implementation of large residential and office projects.
He has over 20 years of experience in development and, before joining REALACTIVA, worked as a project manager and successfully delivered major residential projects at companies such as Trigema, JRD, ORCO, and Haas Fertigbau.
Petr Hakl
Petr is responsible for the preparation and delivery of multifunctional projects and chateau estates.
Before REALACTIVA, he worked at Metrostav, Geosan, and RS Development, where he advanced to the position of Head of Project Preparation.
He is currently a Project Manager overseeing complex development projects.
Marek Krejsa
Marek is in charge of preparing and delivering chateau and historic estate projects, passionately bringing them back to life and restoring their former glory.
Before REALACTIVA, he worked at Trigema as a Project Manager, where he was responsible, among other things, for the construction of the award-winning, iconic Fragment project in Karlín.
Marek has also worked on projects abroad and for companies CTP and Metrostav.
Jiří Pokorný
Jiří is primarily responsible for the development of photovoltaic solutions, energy-efficient technologies, and grant consulting.
Before joining REALACTIVA, he worked at Coty, where he was in charge of sales, and at Valorem, where he focused on acquisitions.
