Adam Šachl
Adam oversees development strategy and project portfolio growth in the Czech Republic and abroad. Since joining Realactiva in 2021, he has led acquisitions and project expansion in cooperation with a highly skilled team of professionals.
Before Realactiva, he spent 12 years at Trigema, where he contributed to major development projects across the country and served as a board member.
He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and studied at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
Matěj Čížek
Matěj is responsible for financial management, including planning, reporting, funding, and taxation.
He has been active in real estate since 2015. Prior to joining Realactiva, he worked at BDO Audit and later served as CFO and a statutory board member at Trigema Group and SATPO Group.
Lukáš Langenberger
Lukáš oversees the preparation and execution of residential, hotel, and private development projects.
He began his career as a designer during his studies and has since progressed through acquisition and project management roles to become a highly experienced and passionate project leader.
Michal Březnický
Michal is responsible for large-scale residential and office developments.
With over 20 years in the industry, he has managed and delivered major projects for Trigema, JRD, ORCO, and Haas Fertigbau before joining Realactiva.
Petr Hakl
Petr oversees the preparation and delivery of multifunctional and castle-area redevelopment projects.
Before Realactiva, he worked at Metrostav, Geosan, and RS Development, where he advanced to Head of Project Preparation.
Today, he leads complex development and restoration projects within Realactiva’s portfolio.
Marek Krejsa
Marek is responsible for the restoration and redevelopment of historic estates and castle sites, passionately bringing them back to life.
Before joining Realactiva, he worked at Trigema as a project manager, where he supervised the award-winning, iconic Fragment project in Prague’s Karlín district.
He also gained international experience through work with CTP and Metrostav.
Jiří Pokorný
Jiří focuses on developing photovoltaic projects, energy-efficient solutions, and grant consultancy.
Before joining Realactiva, he worked at Coty, overseeing sales, and at Valorem, where he specialized in acquisitions.
