Immotel Dobříš is a project that revitalizes the former telephone exchange building in the center of Dobříš. This transformation not only modernized the work environment and commercial spaces but also made a significant contribution to improving the appearance of Komenského Square, creating an attractive and vibrant public space that meets the needs of today’s community.
Revitalizing the Square
As part of the project, Komenského Square was also reconstructed, including the removal of the original paving, street furniture, and lighting, which were replaced with new elements. This step has greatly contributed to revitalizing the public space and supporting better conditions for residents to gather and interact.
Sensitive Restoration and Renewal
The Immotel Dobříš project combines the sensitive restoration of historic features with contemporary elements, enhancing both the appeal and the functionality of Dobříš town center.
