The operator of the website www.realactiva.cz is REALACTIVA, a.s., with its registered office at Dudova 2585/4, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), which, in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended, is authorized to exercise property rights to this website. The Operator holds all rights arising from the license under the Copyright Act to the website’s own content, including text and design, technical drawings, graphics, and all images displayed on the website. The user undertakes to comply with the regulations in force in the territory of the Czech Republic when using www.realactiva.cz.

Limitation of Liability of the Operator
